1. About Alorta

Alorta is a digital commerce and social media management platform operated by [Medicross Ike], trading as “Alorta”, with its registered business address at [Merarxias 53], Greece.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing alorta.com, using any Alorta service, or connecting a third-party social media account to Alorta, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the relevant Alorta service or connect a social media account.

3. Alorta Services

Alorta provides ecommerce services, product-content management tools, and tools that allow authorized users to connect and manage supported social media accounts.

The TikTok integration currently allows an authorized user to:

• connect a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit;
• verify the connected TikTok identity;
• display limited account information authorized by the user;
• disconnect the TikTok account from Alorta.

The current TikTok connection does not automatically publish content, videos, comments, messages, or advertisements to TikTok.

If publishing functionality is introduced in the future, these Terms and the relevant Privacy Policy will be updated before that functionality is made available.

4. Account Authorization

You may connect only a TikTok or other social media account that you own or are legally authorized to manage.

You must not:

• connect another person’s account without authorization;
• attempt to bypass provider permissions or security controls;
• use Alorta for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity;
• use Alorta in violation of TikTok’s or another provider’s terms and policies.

You remain responsible for all actions that you explicitly authorize through your Alorta account.

5. Third-Party Platforms

TikTok and other social media platforms are independent third-party services.

Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok’s own terms, privacy policy, community guidelines, and developer policies.

Alorta does not control and cannot guarantee:

• the availability of TikTok or its APIs;
• approval of an account, application, video, or other content by TikTok;
• uninterrupted access to third-party services;
• continued availability of any particular third-party feature.

A third-party provider may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue its services or APIs at any time.

6. Security and Credentials

You must keep your Alorta, TikTok, and other account credentials secure.

Alorta will never ask you to provide your TikTok password directly. TikTok authorization is completed through TikTok’s official authorization interface.

You must notify us promptly if you believe that an account or connection has been accessed without authorization.

7. Ecommerce Purchases

Where products are offered for sale through alorta.com:

• product descriptions, prices, taxes, shipping costs, and estimated delivery information will be displayed before checkout;
• customers must provide accurate billing and delivery information;
• orders may be rejected or cancelled where payment cannot be verified, information is inaccurate, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not possible;
• personalized or made-to-order products may be subject to specific cancellation and return limitations permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by Greek or European Union law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Alorta name, branding, software, website design, text, graphics, product designs, and platform functionality are owned by or licensed to Alorta and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit Alorta materials without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully provide to Alorta. You grant Alorta only the limited rights necessary to process that content and provide the requested service.

9. Disconnecting TikTok

You may disconnect your TikTok account from Alorta through the available connection controls or by contacting info@alorta.com.

Disconnecting prevents Alorta from making future authorized requests using the stored TikTok connection. Limited technical or audit records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You may also revoke access through your TikTok account settings.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to Alorta where reasonably necessary to:

• protect the security of Alorta or its users;
• prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
• comply with a legal obligation;
• respond to a breach of these Terms;
• respond to restrictions imposed by a third-party platform.

11. Disclaimer

Alorta services are provided with reasonable care. However, third-party integrations depend on systems that Alorta does not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alorta does not guarantee that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available, or compatible with every third-party change.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alorta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• an outage or restriction imposed by TikTok or another third party;
• unauthorized use caused by a user’s failure to protect account credentials;
• content rejected, removed, restricted, or modified by a third-party platform;
• use of Alorta contrary to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, integrations, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers under the laws of their country of residence or European Union law.
