Private product publishing integration for our own Etsy shop
Alorta is a private commerce management system developed exclusively for our own business operations. The Etsy integration allows our authorized team to transfer selected product information from our WooCommerce catalog to our own Etsy shop through a controlled and secure workflow.
This integration is not offered as a public service and cannot be connected to third-party Etsy shops.
What the integration does
- Reads product information from our WooCommerce catalog.
- Creates inactive Etsy draft listings for internal review.
- Updates Etsy listings already linked to our products.
- Uploads selected product images.
- Manages inventory and available size variations.
- Verifies that listings remain inactive before completion.
Authorization and control
Every Etsy listing operation is initiated manually by an authorized administrator.
Alorta does not automatically publish active Etsy listings. New listings are created as inactive drafts and are reviewed inside Etsy before they are made available to customers.
The integration uses controlled authorization, duplicate prevention and idempotent requests to reduce the risk of unintended or repeated listing creation.
Data usage and security
Alorta accesses only the shop, listing, inventory and product-image information required to manage products in our own Etsy shop.
Etsy API credentials and authorization tokens are stored securely and are never displayed publicly, included in product content or shared with third parties.
The integration is restricted to authorized internal administrators and cannot be used to access or manage third-party Etsy shops.
